Letter to the Faithful

This may sound corny and old-fashioned, however while driving the Roadster out there in traffic I have been initiating the outdated Porsche's Wave. It's been great fun to watch the reaction when you do catch the eye of a 900 series owner.

In the early days the sight of another Porsche was a novelty that brought an automatic Wave, the sign of mutual comradery. How times have changed with the hoards of cars on the road. Like the majority of traffic, P-Drivers are busy watching (not to the rear end) the guy in front, on the phone and listening to the CD/radio stereo equalizer/booster.

Perhaps reviving the Porsche Wave could be a mission of us drivers of the Old Porsches. "356 Driving in its finest form"
